Most of us believe that it’s not possible to find insomnia in teens. However, sleep disorders in teens are so common and they have adverse effects in teens since they are still on the stage of development thus requiring extra sleeping hours than the grown adults. If a teen fails to get adequate and quality sleep, insomnia related symptoms occur. The symptoms can either be long term or short term based on the insomnia type either chronic or temporary insomnia.
